       There are at least three pronunciations of Navo possible in English. One pronunciation would be /navo/ (NAY-voh), where four letters produce six distinct sounds (because of the two diphthongs), and would be based on the model of pronouncing "Navy." A second pronunciation would be /navo/ (NAH-voh), based on the model of pronouncing "Navajo." A third possible pronunciation would be /navo/ (NAV-oh), based on the model of "navigate." The preferred pronunciation could be modeled by word-of mouth and would quickly settle in the minds of clients. The name Navo has two syllables with the primary accent on the first syllable.
