The origins of Navo Systems go back more than a decade. Navo
began as Neosoft ,Inc., in 1993, when it provided ERP
consulting and professional staffing services in PeopleSoft.

Beginning in 1993, Neosoft grew at a rapid pace into a
company that employed 60+ personnel and serviced a
well-established, national PeopeSoft consulting practice.
The company was acquired by Inteliant Corporation, a
subsidiary of SOS staffing NASDAQ "SOSS," in 1998.

As a business unit of Inteliant Corporation, Neosoft has
expanded into an Information Technology professional
services provider. We have diversified our presence
into several areas of software application development
and consulting in:

Our customer base has grown from servicing venture-funded
startup companies to Fortune 500 companies. We also diversified
our presence into the financial, non-profit, telecom,
print-media and insurance industries.

In March of 2002 we spun off from Inteliant Corporation and
re-christened Navo Systems, Inc. The word "Navo" means to
"Perform Energetically," certainly an expression of our
current mission statement. We have since built our offshore
development center and expanded our presence in numerous
other areas of Information Technology.
